Responsibilities
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll tax forms (W-2s, 1099s).
- Review payroll data for errors and discrepancies.
- Communicate with employees regarding payroll inquiries and deductions.
- Update employee personnel files and maintain payroll records.
- Assist with benefits administration and timekeeping systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
