Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Update and maintain the general ledger system.
- Process payroll data and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Organize and file financial documentation and records.
- Assist senior accountants with audit preparation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is highly desired.
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
