Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring high accuracy in data entry.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Assist with general accounting duties and ad-hoc financial projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, basic formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
