Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Record Keeping: Maintain general ledgers and financial records using QuickBooks or Xero.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Payroll Support: Help process payroll data and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Invoice Processing: Review and enter invoices from vendors, verifying accuracy before posting.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Software: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is preferred.
