As a Daily Pay Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our clients' financial integrity while enjoying the financial freedom of getting paid every single day.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements monthly.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decision-making.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records in QuickBooks or Xero.
- Process payroll accurately and timely for assigned clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding financial inquiries and updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
