Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly financial statements.
- Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying employee timecards.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital financial documentation.
- Assist with year-end tax preparation and filing support.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new financial software.
