Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactionsReconcile bank statements and credit card accountsPrepare monthly financial reports and statementsAssist with payroll processing and tax documentationSupport month-end and year-end closing proceduresCollaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
