Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with high accuracy.
- Conduct variance analysis and assist in budget forecasting and planning.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and internal controls.
- Assist in the annual external audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Streamline financial reporting systems and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
