Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Maintenance: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
- Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of bank statements and credit card accounts.
- AP/AR: Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
- Reporting: Prepare basic financial reports, trial balances, and expense summaries.
- Organization: Organize and file physical and digital financial documents for easy retrieval.
- Communication: Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoices and payments.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior bookkeeping experience is necessary; we will train you.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Soft Skills: Ability to learn new software quickly and work well in a team environment.
