Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks software
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Support tax preparation and documentation processes
- Manage vendor contracts and expense tracking systems
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client projects
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and financial regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (accounting/finance degree preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
