Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and review of client financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow projections.
- Assess credit risk and determine appropriate credit limits and terms for new and existing accounts.
- Prepare and maintain detailed credit reports and memorandums for loan committees and management.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning signs of default or delinquency.
- Collaborate with underwriting teams and sales representatives to resolve complex credit issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting credit policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in credit analysis, underwriting, or financial risk assessment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
