Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and perform variance analysis to explain differences against forecasts.
- Conduct detailed financial modeling and forecasting to support business decision-making.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on financial trends.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant professional certification (CPA, CFA, or CMA) is a plus.
