Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

- Assist with monthly financial reporting and payroll support
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Learn and utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Communicate financial updates to clients professionally
- Adhere to GAAP principles and compliance standards
Qualifications
- No bookkeeping experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
