Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and tax documents.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records.
- Process payroll support for small business clients.
- Assist the Senior Accountant with month-end close procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic knowledge of math and accounting principles (courses are a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are a bonus).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
