Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process payroll and ensure all tax filings are completed accurately and on time.
- Organize and archive financial documents and invoices.
- Perform general bookkeeping duties such as data entry and bank deposits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting is not required—we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions and formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
