Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and general ledger entries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Process invoices, track payments, and ensure all financial documentation is organized.
- Support the payroll process and assist with tax preparation documentation.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding financial matters.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
