We are seeking an individual who can handle the day-to-day financial operations of our clients with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare and send monthly invoices and manage collections.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist the accounting team with year-end audits and tax preparations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry.
