Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping duties including data entry and account reconciliation.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices accurately and on time.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and ledgers.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing inquiries.
- Support the senior accounting team with various ad-hoc financial tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior experience necessary; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency, specifically in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
