Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process payroll for employees accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) to input and categorize data.
- Support the senior accounting team during tax season and audits.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks) is highly desired but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
