What You Will Do
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and monthly statements.
- Maintain the general ledger and update financial databases.
- Process payroll entries and support tax preparation activities.
- Assist clients with basic financial inquiries and data entry.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
