Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
- Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Process payroll assistance and ensure tax documents are organized.
- Organize and file physical and digital financial documents.
- Support the finance team with data entry and audit preparation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping software (QuickBooks experience is a bonus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to learn and grow within the finance industry.
