We are looking for a reliable partner to handle our day-to-day financial transactions and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile monthly bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update the general ledger using QuickBooks Online.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure tax filings are completed accurately.
- Perform regular audits of financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Assist the Finance Manager with year-end reporting and tax preparations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
