Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable/receivable, general ledgers, and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and assist with monthly/quarterly financial reporting
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for transaction recording and data entry
- Assist with tax preparation documentation and compliance tasks
- Support audit processes by organizing financial documentation
- Communicate with clients regarding invoice statuses and payment inquiries
- Implement efficient bookkeeping workflows to improve department efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and accounting cycles
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
