Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and manage vendor communications
- Assist with monthly closing procedures and financial report preparation
- Support payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Implement and maintain digital bookkeeping systems using QuickBooks Online
- Conduct periodic audits of financial records for accuracy
- Collaborate with senior accountants on budget forecasting and analysis
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and double-entry accounting
