Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and accounting software
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support payroll processing and tax documentation preparation
- Organize and file financial documents for compliance
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis projects
- Implement data entry protocols for transaction tracking
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
