Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and transaction recording
- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely tax filings
- Generate monthly financial reports for client review
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Utilize QuickBooks software for data entry and account management
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Communicate financial insights to clients and team members
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with high numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
