- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Prepare sales tax filings and payroll documentation
- Support annual audits with organized documentation
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
