Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account balance verifications
- Process accounts payable/receivable with attention to payment terms
- Assist in preparing financial statements and budget reports
- Support tax preparation documentation and audit requests
- Implement internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
