Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll for 15+ clients
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets) with quarterly tax support
- Implement QuickBooks cloud solutions and optimize accounting workflows
- Conduct monthly financial analysis and variance reporting
- Ensure compliance with WA state tax regulations and GAAP standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier certification
- Associate degree in Accounting or relevant financial certification
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with error reconciliation skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for client consultations
