Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile monthly bank statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor relationships
- Prepare financial statements including balance sheets and income reports
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit preparation
- Utilize QuickBooks for transaction entry and financial reporting
- Support tax documentation and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Ability to handle confidential financial information
