Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
- Support tax preparation and audit documentation
- Handle data entry with zero tolerance for errors
- Communicate financial insights to clients and team members
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
