Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and accounting software
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Organize and manage vendor invoices and expense documentation
- Support tax preparation processes with organized record-keeping
- Monitor cash flow and prepare basic financial statements
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required)
