Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry for financial transactions using QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing
- Generate and distribute financial reports to clients
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems for financial records
- Support month-end closing procedures under supervision
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding basic inquiries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic functions)
