- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll transactions
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Manage bank account reconciliations and cash flow tracking
- Assist with tax preparation and documentation
- Implement financial controls and compliance measures
- Collaborate with CPA firms during audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Arizona tax regulations
