Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting
- Prepare financial statements and tax documentation support
- Track expenses and maintain budget compliance
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
