Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter and maintain vendor data in our ERP system.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare weekly and monthly AP aging reports.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and journal entries.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
