- Manage accounts payable ledger and reconcile statements
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment discrepancies and inquiries
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) for invoice processing
- Support expense reporting and reimbursement processes
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
