Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actuals and budgets, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Develop complex financial models and dashboards using Excel and advanced data visualization tools.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Assist in the preparation of the company's financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new business initiatives and capital expenditure proposals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and SQL.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
