- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies through proactive communication
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial documentation
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on payment scheduling and approvals
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support audit preparations and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting/finance preferred
- 0-2 years of accounts payable or bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and QuickBooks Online
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
