Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting including month-end closes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and budgeting
- Implement internal controls to maintain financial integrity and audit readiness
- Lead tax preparation activities and coordinate with external auditors
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
