As a Night Shift Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization by managing daily transactions and ensuring accurate reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Ensure all financial data is entered into the accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero) on a timely basis.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for tax and audit purposes.
- Process invoices and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online or Desktop) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
