Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume vendor invoices with purchase orders and receipts
- Manage vendor payments through ACH and check processing systems
- Resolve payment discrepancies and maintain accurate vendor master data
- Support month-end closing procedures with journal entries and reconciliations
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on invoice discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records
- Assist with audits by providing accurate documentation and support
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of accounts payable processes and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) preferred
