Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors
- Reconcile purchase orders with invoices and delivery receipts
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment inquiries
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) for transaction processing
- Support internal audits by providing documentation and transaction records
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes
