Responsibilities
- Process and code invoices in our accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite) with 100% accuracy.
- Verify purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices to ensure correct payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Assist the AP team with month-end close procedures and reporting.
- Communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Must be a self-starter with a willingness to learn new financial software.
