Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and receivable processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and analyze basic financial statements and reports.
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist senior accountants with ad-hoc financial projects and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and GAAP.
