Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.
- Develop accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and budgets in accordance with company standards.
- Prepare comprehensive variance analysis reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify trends, opportunities for cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial reporting, including regulatory compliance documentation.
- Utilize financial modeling techniques to project future scenarios and assess the impact of business decisions.
- Streamline financial processes and improve reporting efficiency through the use of advanced Excel techniques and ERP systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial modeling principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
