Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card statements to ensure data integrity.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by gathering necessary documentation.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of basic tax documents and support during internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
