Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Support audit preparation by gathering documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions while maintaining accurate ledgers
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes through data analysis and trend identification
- Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
