Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Prepare and organize basic financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Support the finance team with data entry and filing management.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
