Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation
- Manage expense reports and vendor invoicing
- Conduct bank reconciliations and account analysis
- Support internal audits and compliance initiatives
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite) for data entry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- QuickBooks or similar accounting software experience preferred
